Why the Whole Corridor

A Cultural Community Larger Than Any One Town
Evergreen has helped lay the groundwork for a mountain community where arts, creativity, and local culture are an essential part of daily life. Today, that same vision and opportunity extend even further along the corridor, uniting neighboring towns into a cohesive regional network.

Conifer, Bailey, and Pine are home to 20,436 residents, a combined population equal to 83% of Evergreen.

In a single recent year, 275 Jefferson County residents moved into the Park County area, representing the region's single largest source of new residents.

These aren't three small towns waiting to become relevant. Over twenty thousand people already live here, and many recently moved from neighboring areas, where live performances, vibrant galleries, and arts education were simply part of everyday life. Culture isn't something our residents left behind, it's what we’re building together.

We are building the cultural infrastructure for an entire mountain corridor—one that naturally connects Evergreen, Conifer, Bailey, Pine, and beyond, through the everyday lives of our residents. As our community moves throughout the region, vibrant arts access should naturally move with them.
